CANNOT LOG ON TO MY PROFILE ON YOUR WEBSITE 

I am unable to log on to your website. My reference number is not valid.

Please enter your reference number without spaces. Should you have still not been able to log into your web portfolio on our site, please email your invalid reference number to our consultants. Please remember that your web portfolio is only activated once we received the completed work contract forms from you.

 

CANNOT SEND THE ONLINE APPLICATION

I am unable to send filled online application.

When completing the online forms, you must complete TWO job categories. Selection of both job categories facilitates your new employment placement. Should you have difficulties sending your online application on our website, please email your current CV and we will apply on your behalf.

           

HAVE NOT RECEIVED WORK CONTRACT FORMS 

I have not received an email from Workplacements after the 5 working days when I registered my online application.

Our work contract forms are e-mailed to you in two formats - HTML and PDF. Both formats are used by most PC programs. When an email from us is not received, it's likely that your email system has an anti-spam program that removed the HTML and PDF forms from the email. In most cases, the complete email is removed and nothing is delivered to you. If you don't receive our work contract forms in your email after the mentioned 5 working days after you completed your online application, please contact our consultants by e-mail cv@workplacements.cz or WhatsApp +420721922191 and request your work contract forms to be sent to you to your WhatsApp. This is a sure way to receive our work contract forms. Also please add cv@workplacements.cz to your email address book to avoid getting our messages to your spam folder.  

 

VALIDITY OF FORMS

What is the validity of my registration forms?

Jobs offered to you in our work contract forms are available for immediate placement.We recomend that you apply for the posts as soon as possible as the employers interviews, work visa, flight and acommodations still need to be secured for you.

 

HOW LONG DOES THE PLACEMENT PROCESS TAKE

How long should I wait for a job?

The placement procedure takes from 1 to 3 months on average. Placements are determined by qualification and experience in the relevant job type you are applying for. 

 

NON-QUALIFIED CANDIDATE

I am non-qualified job seeker. Can I apply?

You may apply for a non-qualified position. Some employers require non-qualified and inexperienced personnel for labor work. However, past work experience you are applying for should be supported by references. 

 

RELOCATION / ACCOMMODATION SPONSORSHIPS

May I apply for sponsorship for my ticket & accommodation?

Your new employers will assist you with flight and accommodation.

 

UPDATING OF MY CV & PHOTO

How can I update my CV profile or photo in my profile?

Log on to your personal web profile section and click on the link ‘Update your CV data or photo  You need to have your CV or photo saved on your computer. Then you can simply paste your updated data into your portfolio.

 

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED SUITABLE JOB FILES

I cannot find a suitable job in my job files section.

At times, some employment positions may be filled by other candidates and are not available for immediate placement. When the new roles become available again, these are then immediately downloaded to your placement portfolio.

 

CHANGE OF POSITION OR COUNTRY OF PLACEMENT

Can I change job position and the country of employment? 

You may request a change of position, country of placement or any other alteration of your portfolio by sending your request to us. 

 

MY FAMILY/CHILDREN

Can I take my family & my children with me overseas?

We recommend that our company initially assists you with your new work position for yourself only. Once this is in place, your new employers will advise you what procedures to follow in order for your family to join you.

 

AGE LIMIT

What is the age limit for job seekers?

The age limit is 20 - 62.
